Help Webkinz Update

The Complaint Desk at helpwebkinz.com is still open. Though NOT an official Webkinz site, you can still get some satisfaction from posting there, knowing your two cents may add up to change a glaring weakness in an an otherwise fun website.

Helpwebkinz.com  has received over 200 visits its first four days, largely due to referrals from links at I, Lamont. That tells me there is some interest, maybe even need for it.

UGHH HELP!!!!!! i got the donut seeds and the frosty machine and i put it in my outdoor yard and now it gets stuck halfway thru the pink chair.... i tried everything and even on different computer... ganz wont help either!!!!!!!!!! any suggestions???

I am having the same problem with the room freezing when we are going to it from the main site. My daughter has two webkinz on her site. She told me that she bought a pink lounger and put it in her room. Now her rooms won't load at all. None of them. Even if we switch to her horse it won't load. I called the Ganz number and I got the recorded message. I don't know what else to do. My daughter is sad because she has almost 5000 kinz cash and she can't buy anything else to put in her room because it is frozen. Any suggestions?

Update!!!

I called the Ganz 800 number this morning. It turns out Sam's room wouldn't load because he purchased the antique sink. There is a coding error with the sink. The guy, Jeff, removed the sink, put it back in his dock, and had us sell it back to the store.

So DON'T BUY THE ANTIQUE SINK.

I was very happy at how they answered the phone instantly, helped me right away, and fixed it right away. The whole call took less than two minutes.

We have three Webkinz.

We can't get to Sam's elephant's rooms. Every time we try to go to "My Room" the screen freezes when the chair is halfway pink. Poor guy. He got a lot of cool things for his elephant and can't even visit him!? Of course I emailed, but have heard nothing...

Aidan has two horses and we had a problem with the W-Shop deducting money, but the items never appeared in the dock. They simply weren't there. As we are not blind nor stupid, I found the "Help" section's advice that we weren't looking hard enough (basically) to be very annoying.
